The financial assistance we received to build Maria Linden was used to reduce the overall cost of the development, allowing us to charge lower rents to residents who qualify under the rules of the program. In exchange for this financing, we agreed to apply certain income restrictions to the majority of the units available at Maria Linden. We also offer units with no income restrictions.

Our leasing agent will assist you in evaluating your income and whether you qualify for certain reduced rent units. Other than income qualification, Maria Linden functions like any other “market rate” independent and assisted living apartment community. Residents must pay their own rent, phone, internet and cable fees.
